Representative Ross Speaks to Women Public Policy Students

Representative Deborah Ross spoke to women public policy students at the Sanford Institute at Duke about running for office, serving in the legislature and women's contributions to the political process.  The students asked questions about the difference that women make in politics and Representative Ross' career path. "The students looked at women's service in terms of its impact on society and the political process," said Deborah. "They also were interested in what it takes to run for office themselves."
