Deborah Pays Respects to Memory of Essie Perry

Representative Deborah Ross attended the funeral of Essie Perry, who died at age 106.  Essie was one of the first people in Garner Deborah visited when she began her campaign for the legislature. "Essie Perry was a strong, smart woman," said Deborah. "She taught school for decades and taught generations how to be good citizens."
